The owner, Robbie, recently serviced our aging combined heating and A/C unit. It had not been maintained for years and was in need of extensive attention. Robbie walked us through his findings in detail and did a great job cleaning all of the coils, unblocking condensate drain lines, inspecting the combustion chamber and burners and adjusting settings for the system to operate more effectively and efficiently. He also discussed options and recommendations for continuing with our existing system vs replacement. Robbie documented the work performed in detail and included photos in the most thorough service report I have ever received. He is very skilled, knowledgeable and trustworthy.
